Interesting podcasts to keep on learning

Now we've hit our second lockdown and just got a little bit more time on our hands, we've listed our favourite podcasts of the moment. Don't get stuck inside, go for a walk and keep on learning. We promise you'll feel reborn afterwards.

1. The Goop Podcast

Is a podcast by Gwyneth Paltrow, each episode she invites different leading thinkers, culture changers, industry disruptors, CEO's and many more. The topics vary a lot, so you can really pick what interests you most.

2. The boost! podcast

By the lovely Celien and Gudrun in which they share their common anti-diet vision. They touch upon different topics around food, body and mind while each bringing their expertise to the table. Céline being a dietitian and Gudrun as personal trainer and psychologist.

3. 50koffies podcasts

Created by Nadia and Yana just before the lockdown, in which they interview female entrepreneurs in different industries. 10 different themes will be addressed during the 50koffies podcast: finance, personal growth, female empowerment, networking, technology, business development, creativity, media and people management. This podcast appeals to me enormously, because you will get tips and tricks from other Belgian female entrepreneurs and you will also hear how they dealt with certain difficult situations.

Jay Shetty explains real life struggles that are just so relatable that you can’t and don’t want to stop listening. Ranging from problems on a professional level, relationships problems or just you struggling with yourself. Jay and his many guests (like Khloé Kardashian, Kristen Bell, Kobe Bryant, Matthew McConaughey and so many more) give you the right tools, inspiration and motivation to tackle them all.

5. How I built this

Host Guy Raz dives into the stories behind some of the world’s best-known companies. How I Built This weaves a narrative journey about innovators, entrepreneurs, idealists, and the movements they built.

Happy listening and learning!
