You might know Steffi from NjamTV where she teaches Flandres how to cook healthy in a fun way. Or you might have one of her books "De Gezonde Goesting" at home?
Either way, the talented Steffi doesn't only writes books, she also reads them. Piles of them. As a matter a fact, she has a exquisite taste in books. And what's nice for us, is that this inveterate bookworm is willing to share her favourite top reads with the Braav'ers.

  • Talking To Strangers – Malcolm Gladwell

We often think of ourselves as being very good at judging others, but in fact we are not at all. Malcolm Gladwell demonstrates this with different stories and experiments. If you like spy-stories, fait divers and psychology, you will love this book.

  • The Power Of Now – Eckhart Tolle

A "book for the soul" that everyone should read. I've read this book very slowly, because I really wanted to let it sink in. Reading this book in itself is mediative. Wonderful to zoom out of your own life.

  • Untamed – Glennon Doyle

Without a doubt the most beautifully written book I have ever read. I have cried at about three quarters of the many small chapters of the book. Don't be fooled by the term 'author's memoirs', there are so many beautiful lessons in this book.

  • You Are A Badass – Jen Sinscero

An insanely empowering book, written by one of the funniest writers of our time. Reads like a train and contains great tips that you can apply in your own life.

  • The Four Agreements – Don Miguel Ruiz

4 rules about how you should stand in life. I always try to read in the original language in which the book is written - to get the exact right semantics and connotation. Therefor I mostly read in English. This book, on the other hand, is written in Spanish, if your Spanish is sufficient I would say go for it. Otherwise, of course, translation is also available.
